About SpotHopper

We dream big. We love food. And we’re building the next generation of AI marketing software for restaurants.

SpotHopper is the leading all‑in‑one marketing platform for local restaurants and bars. Trusted by over 18,000 restaurants, our software helps independent operators attract new guests, build stronger relationships with customers, and grow revenue through smarter marketing.

We’re building the next generation of restaurant growth technology — powered by automation, data, and AI.

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Web Designer to help build one of the best demand‑generation websites in the restaurant technology industry.

This role sits inside the marketing team and focuses on designing high‑performing marketing experiences that drive demo requests and revenue growth.

You’ll own the visual design of the SpotHopper marketing site and help evolve our brand across web, social, and campaign channels.

This is not a product UX role. Instead, we’re looking for a designer who understands how modern B2B SaaS websites convert visitors into pipeline — through clear storytelling, strong visual hierarchy, and conversion‑optimized landing pages.

If you love designing SaaS marketing sites that drive measurable business impact, this role is for you.

Marketing Website Design (40%)

  • Design and evolve the SpotHopper marketing website including homepage, product pages, blog templates, and landing pages
  • Create conversion‑optimized landing pages designed to drive demo requests
  • Design responsive layouts optimized for storytelling and SaaS marketing best practices
  • Prototype interactions, scroll behavior, and motion within Figma
  • Collaborate with engineering and web ops to bring designs to life in Webflow or Framer

Brand System Evolution (20%)

  • Help evolve SpotHopper’s visual design system for a modern B2B SaaS brand
  • Build reusable components and templates in Figma
  • Ensure visual consistency across marketing channels
  • Extend the brand across website, marketing assets, and social

Social & Content Design (20%)

  • Design visual assets for LinkedIn, Instagram, and blog content
  • Create graphics that translate marketing insights and storytelling into compelling visuals
  • Extend the visual language of the website across marketing content

Campaign & Marketing Assets (10%)

  • Design campaign landing pages and marketing materials
  • Create visual assets for sales decks, email campaigns, and product launches

What You Bring

  • 5–8+ years of experience designing marketing websites for B2B SaaS companies
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating modern SaaS marketing website design
  • Experience designing demand‑generation landing pages that drive demos, trials, or revenue
  • Strong visual design fundamentals (typography, layout, hierarchy, storytelling)
  • Experience designing responsive web experiences in Figma
  • Familiarity with Webflow or Framer‑based marketing sites
  • Ability to translate marketing strategy into compelling visual experiences
  • Comfortable collaborating with marketing, engineering, and growth teams

Portfolio Requirements

To be considered, please include a portfolio that demonstrates:

  • Marketing websites for SaaS or B2B companies
  • Demand‑generation landing pages designed to drive demos or trials
  • Conversion‑focused web design
  • Design systems applied across multiple marketing channels

Please include at least one case study explaining:

  • The problem or goal
  • Your design approach
  • The measurable outcome (conversion rate, engagement, signups, etc.)

Applications with portfolios focused primarily on product UX, mobile apps, or print design will not be considered.

Bonus Experience

  • Experience evolving a B2B SaaS design system
  • Motion or interaction design
  • Familiarity with Webflow or Framer builds
  • Experience designing for small business audiences

Compensation

$110,000 – $150,000 depending on experience
