Who We Are

We dream big. We love food. And we’re building the next generation of AI marketing software for restaurants.

SpotHopper is the leading all-in-one marketing and operations platform for local bars and restaurants. Trusted by over 15,000 restaurants, we were recently named one of the 100 fastest-growing AI companies in the world. Our platform helps independent restaurants build their brand, boost visibility, and drive more revenue with smarter, automated marketing tools - all from one easy-to-use dashboard.

The Role

We’re looking for a UX & Brand Designer to own the design of our entire marketing site and all supporting visual assets. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to bring our   brand to life through modern, elegant design - creating web pages, emails, social visuals, and more.

This role is ideal for a web-savvy, Figma-first designer who knows what separates a good SaaS site from a great one - transitions, scroll behavior, interaction design, and storytelling. You’ll work closely with our marketing team, engineering partners, and content leads to elevate SpotHopper’s online presence and reflect the polish of a category leader.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and maintain the entire SpotHopper marketing website in Figma, including homepage, product pages, blog, and campaign-specific landing pages
  • Create elegant, conversion-optimized designs for a modern SaaS site with storytelling tailored to restaurant owners.
  • Prototype subtle UI animations, transitions, hover states, and page interactions using Figma
  • Collaborate with Engineering to implement your designs using Framer, Webflow, or our proprietary CMS
  • Maintain visual consistency across marketing assets: emails, sales decks, social media graphics, and internal templates
  • Contribute to the evolution of SpotHopper’s visual brand identity over time
  • Direct freelance designers or contractors when needed

What You’ll Bring

  • 5–8+ years of experience in UX, marketing, or brand design, ideally in SaaS or B2B environments
  • A strong portfolio that includes:

→ Full homepage or product page designs for a modern SaaS brand

→ Examples of elegant micro-interactions, animations, or motion-enhanced UX

→ Projects executed using Framer or Webflow, or designed with those tools in mind

  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, variants, prototyping, and responsive design
  • Excellent visual judgment - type, spacing, layout, and storytelling flow
  • Comfort working within a high-output, remote team across content, engineering, and marketing
  • A proactive, self-managed work style and ability to translate briefs into finished experiences
  • A link to your portfolio is required — showcasing full website designs for SaaS, B2B, or corporate brands, with examples of micro-interactions and UX polish.
  • We are not reviewing portfolios limited to social media graphics or print design.

Bonus if You Have

  • Experience building or evolving a full design system
  • Familiarity with AI design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Canva Magic, Midjourney)
  • Light motion or video editing skills (e.g., Reels, Lottie, Figma Smart Animate)
  • Experience designing for small business or hospitality audiences

Total Compensation

$110,000 – $150,000 per year based on experience

Location

Fully remote (U.S. based only)

Benefits

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Life insurance
  • Generous PTO and sick leave
  • Collaborative, remote-first culture
