Job Title: Marketing Coordinator, NYC Field Marketing

We collaborate with Corcoran agents to craft compelling marketing materials, devise strategies for selling premier listings, build a strong social media presence, and embody the iconic 'live who you are' Corcoran brand.

We are seeking a team-oriented candidate with a natural can-do attitude who enjoys continuous learning and collaborating with the team to see projects develop from conception to completion.  You will be part of a team focused on nurturing your skills and strengths while helping you gain new ones and celebrating the many wins along the way. This role is pivotal in supporting the department's objectives and will report directly to the Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

Project Management 

  • Provide administrative support to marketing managers for seamless agent project management.
  • Compile comprehensive meeting notes, manage meeting schedules, ensure efficient file management, and facilitate organized follow-ups.
  • Maintain a vigilant approach to daily project tracking, reporting task progress, and providing updates to the Marketing Manager.
  • Help to create global solutions for efficiencies in project process.
  • Assist in the submission and outlining of custom projects, collaborating closely with agents and the Marketing Manager.

Platform and Tool Expert

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's proprietary platforms and tools for marketing projects, internal tracking, and communication. 
  • Possess an intimate understanding of company marketing education resources to provide recommendations for essential information and guidance. 

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Marketing/Advertising is a valuable asset.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, coupled with a customer service-oriented approach.
  • Diplomatic demeanor with the ability to maintain a positive attitude in all professional situations.
  • Strong project and time management skills, showcasing an acute awareness of deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and effectively educate others.
  • Open-minded team player with a boundless curiosity and can-do attitude.
  • Excellent organization, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Fast learner with a proven ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, collaborative, self-motivated, and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Office365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  Experience with Airtable is a plus.
