The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Director of Marketing, to further the ServiceMaster DSI Brand through the implementation of an integrated marketing plan across all ServiceMaster DSI locations. This will also be a remote position with onsite travel required.

The salary for this position is $50K - 60K, depending on experience.

What you will do:

  • Support the Director of Marketing in establishing, implementing and evaluating localized marketing strategies and plans. 
    • Write, develop and design new print materials, including hard collateral, advertisements, promotional items and more.
    • Write, develop and design digital campaigns, including emails, social media, website landing pages, blogs, graphics and more that align with DSI's overall business goals and campaign optimization.
  • Identify areas of improvement in marketing, modify them, and remain up-to-date on competitor strategies.
  • Develop and work with the Director of Marketing on marketing strategies and determine the most effective channels for the target audience.
  • Adhere to and uphold brand identity standards.
  • Maintain an inventory and directory of sales support materials making sure all resources are accurate.
  • Setup tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.
  • Manage print contractors and other promotional vendors.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape.
  • Manage and communicate promotions and marketing materials to sales representatives.
  • Occasional travel may be required. This is a remote position, with occasional visits to branch locations or events needed. Coordinator must be within reasonable driving distance of a DSI branch location.
  • Create branded advertising and support the marketing team by planning and coordinating content.
  • Create, maintain and strengthen the organization's overall brand through all media avenues.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with other departments internally, ensure the promotions run well, and track and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Maintain regular communication with marketing, local sales teams and promotional vendors as needed.
  • Meet all marketing goals provided by the Director of Marketing.
  • Complete other projects as needed.
  • Adhere to DSI Policies and Procedures. 
  • Position may require alternative bending and lifting of items up to 20 pounds.
  • Some work within this position may involve work completed on the road.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field required
  • 4+ years' professional business experience in marketing, social media, communications, advertising and/or graphic design.
  • Adept in Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite, Facebook, LinkedIn, Canva, email marketing tools and social media scheduling tools.
  • Photography and video content creation experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record of strong writing and editing skills.
  • Proven track record of strong graphic design skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail necessary.
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation, as measured by consistency in meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects for multiple branches across different markets in the U.S.
