This is a rewarding opportunity for a highly motivated marketing professional who wants to develop their skills and join a growing marketing and sales team with a passion for serving the nonprofit sector. As a team member of Chazin & Company – a premier provider of virtual outsourced accounting services for nonprofit organizations – the Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to drive growth in specific geographic regions as well as existing and new micro-verticals.
Responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator:
The Marketing Coordinator will assist with the execution of the marketing strategy at the direction of the Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will have experience with digital email marketing, analytics, automation, lead generation, workflows, content creation, and experience with HubSpot. B2B experience is preferred. Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:
- Conceptualize and execute email marketing campaigns using the full suite of HubSpot functionalities.
- Setting up automations through HubSpot to increase efficiency and reduce manual processes.
- Develop and manage automated email workflows to nurture leads, engage subscribers, and drive conversions.
- Craft compelling copy for email campaigns, blog posts, and other sales materials.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign metrics, measuring success against KPIs.
- Enhance and communicate email marketing best practices across the organization.
- Support the Business Development team with launching new email campaigns.
- Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends and best practices.
- Create and maintain the e-mail marketing calendar.
Qualifications of the Marketing Coordinator:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, or communications
- Past work experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role in a B2B setting
- Must be proficient using HubSpot (certifications are a plus).
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing, with a proven track record of success.
- 3+ years of experience in content creation (email copy, blog posts, etc.).
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices (segmentation, personalization, A/B testing).
- Expertise in email marketing automation tools and workflows.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A creative mindset that thrives on data-driven marketing strategies.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
