Support planning, logistics, and execution of regional and corporate marketing events (in-person, virtual, hybrid). Manage timelines, vendors, budgets, registrations, attendee communications, onsite execution, post-event follow-up, and basic reporting to drive engagement and pipeline.
The Marketing Events Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of NRI marketing events that drive engagement, support pipeline growth, and strengthen the NRI brand. This role helps manage event logistics, timelines, vendor coordination, attendee communications, registration, and post-event follow-up for regional field events and corporate marketing programs.
This role is highly execution-focused and works closely with marketing, sales, partners, and vendors to ensure events are organized, on brand, on budget, and delivered with a consistent attendee experience.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of regional field marketing events, partner events, webinars, and corporate marketing programs.
- Maintain event timelines, task lists, registration details, calendars, and planning documents to keep programs on track.
- Coordinate event logistics including venues, catering, shipping, promotional materials, attendee lists, signage, and onsite details.
- Partner with marketing, sales, partner alliances, and content teams to support event promotion, attendee targeting, and follow-up.
- Help gather event requirements, deadlines, creative needs, speaker details, and internal approvals.
- Serve as a day-to-day coordination point for assigned events, escalating issues and decisions as needed.
- Assist with vendor outreach, estimates, invoices, contracts, purchase requests, and budget tracking.
- Maintain organized event records, including budgets, attendee reports, vendor information, and post-event documentation.
- Support cost-effective planning while following internal processes and brand standards.
- Support onsite and virtual event execution, including setup, registration, attendee support, materials, and post-event wrap-up.
- Coordinate post-event activities such as attendee list updates, lead handoff support, survey distribution, and follow-up communications.
- Assist with basic event reporting, including attendance, engagement, feedback, and lessons learned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of experience supporting marketing events, field marketing, corporate events, or related marketing programs.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines, details, and multiple event workstreams.
- Experience coordinating logistics, vendors, attendee communications, and event materials.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, partners, and external vendors.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable tracking budgets, tasks, timelines, attendee lists, and post-event follow-up items.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive, proactive, and service-oriented approach.
- Experience supporting B2B technology, professional services, or partner-led events.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, registration tools, or project management systems.
- Experience supporting virtual, hybrid, or in-person events.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office applications.
- Interest in building repeatable event processes, templates, and best practices.
