We are seeking a highly driven, hands-on Marketing Leader to build, lead, and scale our global marketing function. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who combines strategic vision with execution excellence and thrives in a fast-paced software environment.
You will be responsible for driving demand generation, accelerating brand awareness, strengthening digital and social presence, leading investor relations communications, managing industry events, and building high-impact strategic partnerships that directly contribute to pipeline growth, market positioning, and revenue.
This is not a pure management role. We are looking for a leader who is equally comfortable defining strategy, launching campaigns, creating content, managing events, engaging investors and stakeholders, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Demand Generation
- Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy focused on pipeline generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Own lead generation programs across digital, content, email, webinars, events, partner channels, and outbound initiatives.
- Manage marketing funnel performance from awareness through opportunity creation and revenue attribution.
- Drive account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting strategic accounts and key industry segments.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights and marketing analytics.
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks that demonstrate marketing's contribution to revenue growth.
Digital Marketing, Brand & Thought Leadership
- Lead the company’s digital marketing and social media strategy across LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Create compelling content that strengthens brand awareness, market differentiation, and industry credibility.
- Manage website strategy, messaging, SEO, SEM, paid media, conversion optimization, and content performance.
- Develop executive thought leadership programs and support company spokespersons with content, speaking opportunities, and media visibility.
- Track engagement, lead generation, conversion, and brand performance metrics to continuously improve effectiveness.
Investor Relations & Corporate Communications
- Partner with executive leadership to support investor communications and corporate messaging.
- Develop investor-facing presentations, company updates, thought leadership materials, and corporate communications.
- Ensure consistency in company messaging across investors, board members, strategic stakeholders, customers, and partners.
- Support fundraising activities, investor meetings, and strategic communications initiatives.
- Help position the company effectively within the investment community and broader market ecosystem.
Events & Field Marketing
- Develop and execute a global events strategy, including industry conferences, trade shows, executive roundtables, webinars, customer events, and partner events.
- Manage end-to-end event planning, execution, logistics, promotion, and post-event ROI measurement.
- Maximize event-driven pipeline generation through pre-event engagement, onsite activities, and post-event follow-up campaigns.
- Identify speaking opportunities, sponsorships, and industry forums that enhance market visibility and thought leadership.
- Work closely with Sales and partners to ensure events drive measurable business outcomes.
Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Development
- Establish and grow strategic relationships with technology vendors, consulting firms, industry associations, investors, and channel partners.
- Develop joint go-to-market initiatives, co-branded campaigns, webinars, content programs, and events.
- Identify new opportunities to expand market reach through alliances and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to maximize partner-generated pipeline and revenue opportunities.
- Build an ecosystem that strengthens market presence and creates long-term growth opportunities.
Marketing Leadership
- Build and scale marketing programs that support company growth objectives and market expansion.
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership on go-to-market strategies.
- Manage marketing budgets, resource allocation, agencies, vendors, and external partners.
- Implement scalable processes, reporting frameworks, and KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive activity, emerging technologies, and evolving marketing best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within software, SaaS, data, AI, fintech, cybersecurity, or technology companies.
- Proven track record of driving demand generation, pipeline growth, and measurable revenue impact.
- Strong hands-on experience across digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, paid media, and event marketing.
- Experience developing strategic partnerships and alliance programs.
- Experience supporting investor communications, corporate messaging, or executive-level stakeholder engagement.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM platforms, attribution models, and analytics tools.
- Excellent storytelling, content development, and communication skills.
- Experience collaborating closely with sales teams, executive leadership, and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, project management, and organizational capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-growth SaaS or enterprise software environments.
- Knowledge of modern GTM methodologies, ABM strategies, and revenue marketing frameworks.
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and similar platforms.
- Experience managing agencies, PR firms, event vendors, and external marketing partners.
- Prior experience building a marketing function from the ground up.
- Experience working with venture-backed, private equity-backed, or publicly traded technology companies.
What Success Looks Like
- Significant growth in qualified pipeline, marketing-sourced revenue, and customer acquisition.
- Increased brand awareness, executive visibility, and thought leadership within target markets.
- Strong digital engagement and consistent inbound demand generation.
- Successful investor communications that strengthen company positioning and stakeholder confidence.
- High-performing events that generate measurable pipeline and strategic business opportunities.
- Strategic partnerships that contribute meaningful revenue, market reach, and ecosystem growth.
- Scalable, data-driven marketing programs aligned with the company's long-term growth objectives.
