The Role
We’re seeking a Marketing Manager specialized in Demand Generation to design and execute strategies that consistently deliver high-quality leads for our sales team and founders. This role combines creativity, data-driven decision-making, and deep expertise in B2B marketing to build and optimize the growth funnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn, email, webinars, and other digital channels.

  • Build and manage a strategic content calendar (posts, newsletters, lead magnets, nurture campaigns).

  • Develop and monitor paid ad campaigns, ensuring efficiency and positive ROI.

  • Analyze funnel metrics and optimize performance at each stage.

  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and propose innovative demand generation tactics.



Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B demand generation (consulting, SaaS, or professional services preferred).

  • Demonstrated success building predictable pipelines and scaling lead acquisition.

  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, and funnel optimization.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Creative and strategic thinker, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools is highly desirable.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $3,000 – $4,500 USD/month (LATAM-based, experience dependent).

  • 100% remote role, with preference for candidates in LATAM who have experience with US-based campaigns.
