Join one of the nation’s leading and most impactful health care performance improvement companies. Over the years, Health Catalyst has achieved and documented clinical, operational, and financial improvements for many of the nation’s leading healthcare organizations. We are also increasingly serving international markets. Our mission is to be the catalyst for massive, measurable, data-informed healthcare improvement through:
  • Data: integrate data in a flexible, open & scalable platform to power healthcare’s digital transformation
  • Analytics: deliver analytic applications & services that generate insight on how to measurably improve
  • Expertise: provide clinical, financial & operational experts who enable & accelerate improvement
  • Engagement: attract, develop and retain world-class team members by being a best place to work

Summary

Health Catalyst is executing a meaningful market transformation: new leadership, a sharpened value proposition, and a rebuilt marketing team focused on how we show up, who we reach, and how we earn the trust of health system executives navigating some of the hardest problems in healthcare.

The demand generation infrastructure to support that strategy is being built now. You'll be a key architect of how we build it, bringing both the strategic thinking and the hands-on execution to get it right. This is a high-visibility role with real ownership. You'll work closely with the SVP of Brand Marketing and CMO, with direct influence on how marketing performs and how that performance story gets told across the organization.

What You'll Own in this role

  • Demand generation and pipeline growth. Own strategy and execution across channels (digital, content, ABM, syndication) with clear accountability for MQLs, pipeline contribution, and lead quality. You define what a high-performing program looks like and you build it.

  • Funnel performance and reporting. Own the metrics and the story behind them. Build reporting infrastructure, track conversion across the funnel, and bring forward clear recommendations when something needs to change. You're the person who knows what the numbers say before anyone asks.

  • Marketing operations and MarTech. Work hands-on in Salesforce and Marketo. Own campaign setup, lead routing, segmentation, and reporting. We're rebuilding marketing ops from the ground up, and you'll have real decision-making authority over what gets built, what gets prioritized, and how we scale it. That includes shaping our posture on AI-assisted optimization, intent data, and modern attribution as we build.

  • Agency and partner management. Set direction for external partners across lead generation, digital marketing, and marketing ops. You'll determine what we need, when we need it, and how we hold partners accountable to outcomes rather than activity.

  • Cross-functional alignment. Operate across marketing, growth, and product. Translate funnel performance into language that earns credibility with sales leadership. Present with authority and listen with intention.

What You Bring to this role

  • 8+ years in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or marketing operations, with a strong track record of driving pipeline
  • Proven ability to own lead generation strategy end-to-end, from concept through execution and optimization
  • Experience building and scaling multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce, Marketo, and modern marketing technology ecosystems including intent data, AI-assisted optimization, and multi-touch attribution.
  • Experience managing external agencies, including setting direction and holding them accountable to outcomes
  • Analytical fluency with funnel metrics and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, growth-stage environments—building structure where it doesn’t yet exist
  • Highly independent, proactive operator with a driver/achiever mindset

Success Looks Like

In your first year, you'll have been instrumental in building and scaling the reporting infrastructure that gives marketing a clear, defensible view of pipeline contribution. You'll have demand gen programs running across at least two solution areas with measurable funnel impact. And you'll have established yourself as the operational center of gravity for a team that's moving fast and building something meaningful.

The above statements describe the general nature and level of work being performed in this job function.  They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, and indeed additional responsibilities may be assigned by Health Catalyst.
