Ready to put your marketing skills into high gear? RPM Raceway is looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead innovative campaigns, drive brand awareness, and create unforgettable guest experiences across our premier indoor racing and entertainment venues. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing digital and social media initiatives, coordinating promotions and events, and partnering with operations teams to increase guest traffic and revenue.

Qualifications

Ideal Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in entertainment, hospitality, retail, experiential marketing, or consumer-facing brands
Proven success developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive traffic, revenue, and brand awareness
Strong experience with digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, paid advertising, and website management
Experience analyzing campaign performance using marketing analytics and data to optimize results
Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational skills
Experience managing marketing budgets, vendors, and agency relationships
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong creative thinking with a customer-first mindset
Willingness to travel to RPM Raceway locations and support on-site events as needed

You'll Crush It If You Have Experience With:
Entertainment, attractions, family entertainment centers, hospitality, or venue marketing
Grand openings, community partnerships, grassroots marketing, and local event promotion
Influencer marketing and social media content creation
CRM, loyalty, and guest engagement programs
Collaborating with operations, sales, and leadership teams to drive venue performance
Building campaigns that increase group events, corporate bookings, memberships, and repeat visitation
