This is a Non-Employee Contingent Worker Role providing services for TIAA’s family of companies and will be employed by TIAA's preferred 3rd Party Supplier. As a Non-Employee CW, perform a variety of moderately complex business planning, support, and project-related duties. Demonstrates an exceptional standard of quality and holds themselves accountable to achieving excellent results.

This role will sit onsite, likely in a hybrid capacity, at the location(s) listed in this posting.

The anticipated term of this engagement will be 11 months. This term could be extended based on company business needs.

CW-Project and Program Management
Collects and analyzes data and requirements, business processes and cost-benefit for proposed projects.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Conducting research and analyzing financial and operational data for projects. Analyzing parameters including costs, time-lines, technical functions, benefits and risks of projects.
  • Preparing preliminary interpretations of analyses for project teams, clients, and/or department management.
  • Supporting the project manager on project administration and process improvements.
  • Preparing and distributing progress reports tracked against deliverables.
Educational Requirements
  • University (Degree) Preferred
Work Experience
  • 2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Works with strategy leads to manage end-to-end marketing and communications programs.
  • Attend meetings, manage project plans and timelines and keep stakeholders aware of project updates
  • Manage writers and designers to produce content
  • Partner with compliance on approvals for materials
  • Ensure marketing collateral up-to-date posted on internal and external platforms

Base Pay Range: $38.07/hr - $53.18/hr

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
