As a Marketing Science Associate Analyst, your curiosity never ends. The next question is always on your mind, helping you to understand how data science fits in the big picture of a project. Of the five sub-disciplines of Marketing Science, you’ve got a basic understanding of least two—tracking and measurement, data visualization, testing and evaluation, data integration, or statistical modeling—but you understand how others fit into a project. And you’re looking to hone your craft in the areas you’re unfamiliar with too. You’ll gain key experience in Marketing Science sub-disciplines and project deliverables through close mentorship with your manager.  

You will: 

  • Maintain a well-organized approach to a variety of project work. 
  • Manage time efficiently to ensure accurate delivery. 
  • Communicate properly between the Marketing Science team and other disciplines. 
  • Approach analysis process logically to demonstrate how data lead to conclusions. 
  • Drive collaboration within teams to provide support, share skills, and gain insight. 

You have: 

  • 0-3 years of experience related to computer science, statistics, data analytics, and any other related fields. 
  • A detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organization skills. 
  • Strong time management skills to ensure accurate delivery. 
  • Top notch communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Detailed-oriented work style. 
  • Ability to efficiently communicate deliveries and delays of project with follow-ups as needed. 
  • Logical approach to your work, where others can easily follow your conclusions to your evidence. 
  • A drive to keep learning and offer your team support to grow and learn

We continually review ranges to address skills, experience and markets. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a number of factors that include, but aren’t limited to, a candidate’s experience and skills relative to the scope and responsibilities of the position. For current CM employees, tenure will also be a consideration.
Salary Range
$65,000$65,000 USD
