- Provide day-to-day administrative support to CEO, COO, and CMO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and marketing communications
- Help organize customer meetings, marketing campaigns, and industry events
- Support CRM data hygiene and reporting tasks (training provided)
- Assist in compiling sales enablement and marketing collateral
- Manage internal tools and systems (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, etc. — training provided)
- Participate in team meetings, take notes, and help drive follow-ups
- Learn the fundamentals of enterprise SaaS marketing and sales through real-world exposure
- Recent college graduate or equivalent experience; degrees in business, communications, marketing, or related fields preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Interest in marketing, sales, or business development
- A proactive mindset, eager to learn, take initiative, and grow
- Bonus: Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or Marketo marketing automation tools
