Position Summary:

Drive Marketing Performance Through Technology, Automation & Data

Are you passionate about marketing technology, automation, CRM optimization, and using data to drive business growth? We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Technology & Automation Specialist to join our growing marketing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our marketing technology ecosystem, including HubSpot and related business systems, while helping improve customer engagement, lead management, marketing performance, and operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, customer service, and business operations teams to build scalable processes that support company growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and optimize HubSpot and related marketing technologies.
  • Develop and maintain CRM workflows, lead scoring models, lead routing, and customer lifecycle automation.
  • Build and execute email marketing campaigns, nurture programs, landing pages, forms, and automated customer journeys.
  • Manage CRM data integrity, segmentation, reporting, and governance.
  • Develop dashboards, KPI reports, and campaign performance analytics.
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support content optimization, personalization, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Train and support internal users on HubSpot, CRM processes, and marketing automation best practices.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, customer service, and operations teams to improve processes and drive growth.
  • Support marketing operations, project coordination, branded merchandise programs, and special initiatives.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, CRM administration, or marketing operations.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience managing email marketing campaigns, workflows, reporting, and lead management processes.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred

  • HubSpot certifications.
  • Experience with Oracle Redwood CRM or similar CRM platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with AI-powered marketing tools.
  • Manufacturing, industrial, or B2B marketing experience.

Position Details:

  • Full-Time, In-Person
  • Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Minimal Travel (15% or less)
  • Reports to the Digital Marketing Manager
