Your Role.

  • Support the management and maintenance of the firm’s marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation and other tools as assigned. 
  • Assists with data management to ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity across various marketing technology platforms.
  • Work with firm and marketing colleagues as a first point of contact for technical issues; troubleshoot problems and collaborate with our system admins to resolve issues.  
  • Assist in building, testing, and deploying digital marketing campaigns through CRM and marketing automation and other tools as assigned.
  • Assist with the training to users new functionality, tools and marketing best practices.
  • Assist with other MarTech projects, as assigned.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or relevant field.
  • 1+ years' work experience in a marketing or technical role with exposure to digital marketing technology platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools like MSD365, Marketo or similar tools.
  • MS Office experience.
  • The ability to interpret information effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into simpler terms.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage short and long-term projects with multiple phases.
  • Desire to stay up to date with new technologies in the MarTech landscape.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

This is a non-exempt position, so you may have to work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week

We are pleased to offer eligible staff a robust benefits package. Eligibility and contribution requirements for some of these benefits vary based on the number of hours staff work per week. The compensation range reflects the base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this position across our offices in the following regions: CO, IL, OH, and MA. Please review the position description for the applicable geographic location. Generally, experienced hires are not hired at or near the maximum salary range, as compensation decisions take into account a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to: responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. For early career roles, including campus hires, we offer standardized, market-based starting salaries among individuals within the same hiring group. This approach ensures fairness and reflects current industry benchmarks for entry-level talent.

The compensation range for this role in CO, IL, OH, and MA is: $21.50-$30.00
