Demand Generation Manager

We are looking for a data-driven marketer, a Demand Generation Manager, with the ability to drive the demand of Envoy and to own the majority of our marketing funnel. Ideally, you will come with a deep understanding of end-to-end demand generation strategies with a proven track record in building, executing, and delivering high impact ROI-driven lead generation campaigns.
As the owner of our marketing campaigns, you will drive projects of all size and scope and play a crucial role in the execution and implementation of brand and product marketing campaigns and projects. You will work with sales, product, and marketing, coordinating communication with creative, content, social and technology teams.
In Addition, You Will:
- Develop positioning and messaging that differentiates our product in the market
- Drive the marketing and sales funnel through organic and inorganic demand gen strategies: create and qualify leads through multiple lead-generation initiatives including SEO, PPC, social media, email campaigns, content marketing, and other online marketing initiatives
- Build our editorial calendar to attract prospects to our owned assets online and to live events
- Build reports and dashboards to provide visibility in marketing campaign results
- Coordinate activities of the project team and ensure project tasks
- Develop, maintain and improve processes, procedures, and policies in support of successful execution of marketing campaigns
You Have:
- BA/BS Degree; 5 years of marketing experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a high-tech B2B lead/demand generation role
- Proficiency with marketing tools like Hubspot, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Wordpress
- Proficiency in marketing automation (ie. Hubspot) and email marketing in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers.
- Proven track record of creating and executing integrated online marketing campaigns using tactics that include SEO, SEM, email, webinars, digital advertising, content marketing, and social media strategies.
- A desire to help scale a growth-stage software company into an industry heavyweight
- A passion for data and analytics and a talent for timely, efficient project management
