Envoy Global is seeking an experienced and passionate Web Designer to own the creation and maintenance of our marketing assets and branded content to help support marketing and product initiatives. From concept through execution, you will help Envoy’s brand to life and keep it consistent across our various touch points. Envoy Global is on a mission to disrupt the global immigration process by providing employers and individuals with an online platform that simplifies and expedites the immigration process. As a member of our fast-growing, award-winning company, you will be able to shape the visual impact and effectiveness of Envoy’s content in a fast-paced, collaborative and fun environment.

You Will:

• Oversee design initiatives
• Collaborate with your marketing teammates to support and optimize marketing initiatives (emails, landing pages, white papers, etc) and our website
• Bring new ideas essential for design and content creation to the team by using your expertise and innate eye for great design
• Develop creative solutions for marketing initiatives that are successful in driving engagement and conversions
• Supplement other design needs such as presentations, signage and trade show collateral as needed

You Have:

• BA/BS or equivalent working experience
• 3-5 years as either an in-house designer or one at a marketing agency.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design chops
• Strong experience designing for web content management and marketing automation systems (Hubspot/Wordpress)
• Great ability to create assets for our web team that are mobile-, tablet-, and desktop-friendly and provide a user experience that fits on all three screens
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite with a significant knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Experience with A/B & multivariate testing
