Responsibilities- Create detailed fabrication and assembly drawings based on direct requirements from design engineers
- Collaborate with design engineers and test set construction technicians to ensure drawings reflect final designs
- Support mechanical design engineers by updating marked-up prints and CAD models for test set racks, tooling fixtures, and piece-parts
- Upload and manage updated drawings using Agile PLM software
Must Have Skills
- Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology or related field
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced and multitasking environment
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience as a CAD drafter
- Experience with Creo Parametric CAD software
- ASME Y14.5 Standard certified
- Familiarity with Windchill PDM software
- Experience using Agile PLM software
