Facilitate memberships; assist prospective new and existing members and guests in a professional, efficient manner. Keeping service uppermost in mind at all times.
Rate of Pay: $23.00 per hour, plus bonus potential based on team’s performance.
This role is considered entry-level.
Full-Time Schedule:
- Sunday: 9:00am-4:00pm
- Monday: 11:00am-7:30pm
- Tuesday: 11:00am-7:30pm
- Wednesday: 9:30am-6:30pm
- Thursday: off
- Friday: 11:00am-7:30pm
- Saturday: off

Responsibilities:
- Work with prospective new members
- Assist with all aspects of membership, including sales, reinstatements and conversions.
- Arrange and provide tours for prospective members
- Accommodate walk-in requests for membership information or tours
- Enter all membership inquiries into Keep Me prospecting software in a timely manner
- Maintain prospect list on a daily basis, including all follow up, status updates and notes
- Sign up new members
- New Member Orientation
- Process new member paperwork
- Issue, stock and create New Member Gifts
- Issue referral gifts and update referral log weekly
- Responsible for assigned individual Sr. project
- Knowledge of all membership policies and reasons behind them
- Check email and voicemail regularly and follow up promptly
- Reinstate memberships
- Corporate accounts
- Inactivate memberships
- Assist as a Member Services Representative
- All other job duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience
- Excellent oral communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter; takes initiative
- Some college or sales experience preferred
