About the Role
We are looking for a MEP Coordinator to join our MEP team on our project in Mount Prospect, IL. This is a full-time, in-person position.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee mechanical and electrical construction for Mission Critical facilities and related projects.
- Supervise all Mechanical and Electrical Trade contractors and vendors involved in the project.
- Coordinate schedules, budgets, reports, and documentation for mechanical and electrical systems from pre-construction through project close-out.
Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of commercial construction experience with large, sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems.
- Extensive experience managing the construction of data centers and complex electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects.
- Experience developing project scopes and schedules, coordinating change orders and RFIs, and managing project budgets and cost control.
- Strong ability to manage relationships with owners’ representatives, architects, engineers, and clients, while supervising subcontractors and vendors.
