You'll be leading the strategic sourcing and management of key Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contracts and regional specialized services contracts, ensuring optimal supplier selection, contracting, driving the productivity agenda, and continuous improvement across multiple markets in Europe.
You will serve as the central coordination point between the organization and strategic IFM partners, driving efficiency, innovation, and sustainable growth.
How you will contribute
You will:
  • Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing activities for IFM contracts and regional specialized services contracts, from market analysis and supplier identification through to contract award, contracting and ongoing management
  • Manage a portfolio of key IFM contracts across hard and soft services, ensuring obligations are met by all parties, providing support in case of escalations, and ensuring consistent service delivery across markets
  • Draft, negotiate, and finalize IFM contract documentation including all relevant contractual elements (commercial, legal, risk, operational)
  • Contribute to governance routines (monthly/quarterly reviews, dashboards, scorecards) and ensure proper follow-up on defined action points
  • Manage sourcing events in accordance with governance procedures
  • Identify and mitigate contractual and supply chain risks
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms, regulatory requirements, and health & safety legislation
  • Manage dispute resolution processes and escalation procedures with IFM suppliers; serve as single point of contact for issue management and escalations
  • Drive standardization of tools, templates, and data collection methods across all markets
  • Facilitate sharing of best practices, lessons learned, and internal benchmarking to identify high-performing sites and replicate success
  • Drive productivity initiatives and help local teams identify efficiency opportunities
  • Maintain accurate contract records and documentation within contract management systems

  • Expertise in contract performance management and KPI frameworks
  • Excellent analytical and financial skills; comfortable working with data
  • Risk identification and mitigation capabilities
  • Dispute resolution and negotiation skills at senior stakeholder level
  • Skilled communicator able to engage with senior stakeholders across countries
  • Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset

Job specific requirements:
  • Master degree in relevant field (preferred: economy, management, facility management)
  • 7+ years' experience in strategic sourcing or contract management, preferably within FM/IFM or built environment in a multi-country environment
  • Demonstrable experience managing high-value, complex IFM service contracts across multiple markets
  • Strong understanding of FM service delivery models and performance management
  • Understanding of FM legislation (H&S at Work Act, CDM Regulations, TUPE)
  • Fluent in English (other European languages an advantage)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe
