This is a hands-on, end-to-end multimedia role. The Multimedia Producer will help identify compelling stories, develop the creative approach, plan and execute production, edit polished final assets, and prepare content for distribution across channels. The role works as part of the Marketing team and balances recurring content needs with larger assigned projects.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Develop story concepts, creative briefs, interview questions, shot lists, and production plans for project features, client and associate stories, recruiting content, culture initiatives, and other marketing priorities
  • Own multimedia projects from concept through delivery, including planning, scheduling, filming, editing, stakeholder review, revisions, quality control, and final delivery
  • Produce video and photography at project sites, offices, events, and other locations, including interviews, b-roll, progress footage, timelapses, aerial footage, headshots, and other visual content
  • Conduct and direct interviews with clients, associates, project leaders, executives, partners, and other stakeholders to capture authentic, compelling stories
  • Edit and finish video and photo assets, including sound, color, graphics, motion elements, captions, music, and platform-specific versions
  • Prepare and adapt content for websites, social media, recruiting, sales materials, proposals, presentations, internal communications, and other channels
  • Manage timelines, priorities, feedback, approvals, and status communication across multiple concurrent projects while collaborating with marketing managers, business leaders, project teams, clients, vendors, and associates
  • Maintain organized multimedia files, footage, photography, templates, equipment records, and final assets; build a useful library of evergreen content
  • Contribute to media standards, templates, intake tools, and production workflows that improve efficiency, consistency, and content output
  • Coordinate with freelance resources and production vendors as needed, and follow appropriate equipment, travel, and active-site safety protocols

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Three or more years of professional experience in multimedia production, video production, videography, photography, content production, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong visual storytelling, video production, interviewing, editing, photography, and polished final work
  • Experience managing multimedia projects from creative concept through final delivery
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro and Photoshop; experience with After Effects, Illustrator, Lightroom, or Canva is a plus
  • Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, audio capture, composition, editing, color, motion, graphics, and digital delivery
  • Experience with construction, industrial, commercial, office, or event environments is a plus; drone, timelapse, 360 video, or motion graphics experience is also a plus
  • Strong storytelling, communication, organization, project management, and quality-control skills
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, manage multiple priorities, communicate proactively, and travel to project sites, offices, and events as needed
