Growing national firm is seeking a Municipal Engineer for their Chicago office!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance/leadership on municipal drinking water projects
  • Create detailed master plans, designs, plans/specifications and estimates
  • Projects include treatment plans, tanks, pump/booster stations, and water storage/conveyance system infrastructure
  • Project management
  • Assist with business development
  • Assist with proposal completion and client interviews
  • Deliver quality work on time and within budget
  • Keep current on regulatory issues in industry and update team
  • Lead/mentor junior staff

 

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering
  • 7+ years of experience in municipal water treatment systems
  • PE registration
  • Experience with water treatment, water quality, and regulatory compliance
  • Active participation in professional organizations


Salary is commensurate with experience.
