RSM US LLP is actively searching to add a government focused North American Pursuit Specialist to our Enterprise Proposal team The North American Pursuit Specialist supports the Enterprise Proposal Team’s overarching mission of fostering a pursuit center of excellence, supporting strategic pursuits, and maintaining Proposal Central’s key resources for enterprise use. The specialist produces, coordinates, and maintains proposal deliverables; develops consistent proposal messaging for pre- and post-proposal materials; and supports modular content creation as directed by leadership. Pursuit specialists execute proposal production activities, coordinate deliverables, and help ensure compliant, high-quality proposals that differentiate RSM and support new business opportunities.

This individual supports pursuit material development and quality control activities for assigned complex pursuits, helping ensure materials are accurate, compliant, brand-aligned, and tailored to pursuit objectives. This individual supports training, coaching, and knowledge-sharing efforts for internal stakeholders to reinforce pursuit-related best practices. In addition, this individual contributes to EPT workstream projects and initiatives by coordinating tasks, maintaining resources, supporting content and tool enhancements, and helping advance pursuit advisory, debrief, orals, and digital pursuit experience activities under the direction of more senior team members.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare pursuit documents leveraging existing text and graphics using multiple databases and resources. 

• Review pursuit deliverables to monitor brand and risk compliance and quality assurance standards while ensuring adherence to Associated Press and RSM guidelines. 

• Ensure that pursuit documents leverage current statistics, graphics, and language. 

• Monitors CRM platform to ensure proposal data is reflected accurately. 

• Maintain accuracy of records within the SharePoint request database. 

• Regularly engage, participate, and contribute to group discussions and activities within their teams. 

• Ensure effective support of relationship development and growth strategy by collaborating with the ESS growth team leaders, engagement leaders, business developers and pursuit teams. 

Required Qualifications:  

• Associate degree or 2+ years of experience in related field 

• Some experience with customer relationship management software  

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, ability to learn programs/software utilized by the firm 

• Ability to prepare presentations including charts, graphics and tables, speaker notes and handouts, etc. 

• Strong grammar and proofreading skills and experience 

• Has the ability to respond positively to changing circumstances, seeks and implements change to drive business improvement and serves as a model of the change 

• Provides relevant and timely performance feedback to others, both positive and constructive
