Role Overview:

Talroo is seeking a National Account Manager to manage a portfolio of fully ramped, enterprise-level customer accounts. This role owns account retention, renewals, and revenue growth, serving as a strategic advisor to senior and C-suite stakeholders. 

You will combine deep technical aptitude with commercial expertise to drive customer outcomes, identify expansion opportunities, and protect recurring revenue. 

Location:  This role is open to remote employees in these select US States only: Arizona, Florida, Indiana, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia  

Compensation: Highly competitive! $90k base + commission


As a National Account Manager at Talroo, you will: 

  • Own a book of ramped, enterprise accounts with full responsibility for retention and net revenue growth 
  • Lead renewal strategy and execution, including forecasting, risk identification, and contract negotiations 
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite and senior customer stakeholders 
  • Identify and execute upsell and expansion opportunities aligned to customer goals and performance data 
  • Translate technical platform capabilities, data insights, and campaign performance into clear business value 
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Client Success to drive adoption and customer success 
  • Proactively identify risk signals and develop mitigation plans to protect revenue 
  • Maintain accurate account activity, forecasting, and documentation in HubSpot CRM 

What we are looking for in a highly qualified candidate: 

  • Proven experience managing enterprise-level customer accounts 
  • Demonstrated success in account retention, renewals, and revenue expansion 
  • Strong C-suite and executive-level relationship management experience 
  • Highly technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex platforms and data 
  • Consultative mindset with strong upsell and value-based selling skills 
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills 
  • Comfortable working remotely with a high level of ownership and accountability 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Must be eligible to work permanently in the United States without employer sponsorship at any time
