What this role is all about

As a National Channel Account Executive - West, you'll be at the heart of growing and enabling our partner ecosystem — recruiting new partners, supporting customers through sales and implementation, and driving measurable revenue impact. You'll work closely with agents, subagents, and Technology Solution Brokerages (TSBs) to expand our channel reach in the ever-evolving telecom and SaaS landscape. This role sits within a results-driven, partner-first team that thrives on building lasting relationships and staying ahead of industry change. What you'll do
  • Train and recruit new channel partners, including agents and subagents
  • Guide customers through the full sales and implementation process
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date pipeline and sales funnel in Salesforce
  • Hit monthly revenue quotas consistently
  • Stay current on all product releases and shifts in the technology solutions landscape
  • Build and manage relationships with Technology Solution Brokerages (TSBs)
What makes you a strong fit
  • 5–10 years of experience in Channel, Telecom, and/or SaaS sales — including experience in the telecommunications industry
  • Strong existing partner network and proven agent/subagent relationship experience
  • Deep knowledge of Channel Sales and TSB dynamics
  • Familiarity with SD-WAN, SIP, Data, Toll-Free, Messaging, and SaaS products
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Based in the Western U.S. (preferred)

Additional Information

Salary Range: $110,000-$125,000 USD annual base salary (the salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, job-related knowledge, experience, education, and skillset). This role is also eligible for quarterly discretionary bonus.

Benefits & Perks: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance; Basic life insurance; 401(k) plan participation with company match; Short-term and long-term disability insurance; Wellness plan of up to $500/year pro-rated based on hire date; PTO: Accrual of up to twenty-three (23) vacation days per year, accrual of up to nine (9) sick days per year, plus carryover of up to nine (9) sick days annually; Additional leave time for marriage, relocation, bereavement, and other major life events; Twelve (12) weeks of paid parental leave; Participation in employee share ownership plan (ESOP); Fourteen (14) paid holidays annually.
