Join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of others! We are looking for a National Expansion Program Manager I for our National Expansion team.

This is a remote role with some domestic travel required for launch purposes.

Department & Position Overview:

This position will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our projects by providing direct oversight and hands-on involvement in the three core phases of a standard launch: Research, Launch, and Implementation.   

This role will work closely with team members and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives of moderate scope with a high level of precision and attention to detail. Being proactive to understand milestones leading up to the launch state. Receives general instructions on routine work.    

This role is expected to work on projects that are related to launching a state, such as (but not limited to) performing market research into the viability of a product, helping make states more efficient or help improve the systems that allow FreedomCare to grow rapidly and efficiently. 

Every Day You Will:

Research:  

  • Conduct research to find information and data needed to launch a new state within a specific timeline.   
  • Correctly identify all follow-up questions required based on the information discovered. 
  • Document findings in a clear, unambiguous manner, supported by proper documentation. 
  • Foster connections to acquire essential information. 

Launch:  

  • Execute steps from the launch checklist, fully understanding each step. Notably the launch checklist includes:  
    • Defining all business processes within a state consistent with all regulatory and business requirements.  
  • Determine and manage the development of all tools and resources needed for the state to operate including, but not limited to, software, hardware, documentation and personnel. 
  • Maintain a keen eye on timing, deadlines, and the status of each objective.  
  • Overcommunicate and update stakeholders effectively.  
  • Consistently find efficient ways to accomplish goals while minimizing issues.  
  • Update team templates intelligently.  
  • Solid working knowledge to launch a state. 

Implementation:

  • Carefully monitor post launch status of a state ensuring systems, processes, and staff are functioning optimally.  
  • Manage and train new employees in the post-launch period in conjunction with Operations Manager (OM)/General Manager (GM) 
  • Assist the OM/GM as a project manager in post-launch activities.  
  • Provide exceptional change management by creating a positive environment and real support for staff.  
  • Facilitate technical support during the post-launch period.  
  • Facilitate root cause analysis of problems and propose effective solutions.  
  • Define the necessary tickets for smooth project operation

  • Strong documentation skills, documenting: 
    • Business processes and how they tie to software and theory

  • Software experience includes: 
    • Microsoft Office 
    • Adobe Acrobat 
    • Jira 
    • Miro 
  • Strong PM Skills 
    • Craft a plan to achieve an objective 
    • With specific milestones, blockers and stakeholder identified 
    • Achieve the objective within set parameters satisfying all stakeholders while demonstrating exemplary communication skills. 
    • Effectively track and constantly re-evaluate the plan consistent with Agile methodology. 
  • Actively learns and successfully acquires technical knowledge related to FC systems. Gradually mastering this area of knowledge.  
  • Actively learns and successfully acquires an in-depth understanding of FC business processes. Gradually mastering this area of knowledge.  
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.  
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.  
  • Ability to prioritize business needs effectively. 
  • Salesforce Admin Experience 
  • 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position is preferred. 
  • Must be willing to travel up to once per month for events or launches

At FreedomCare, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides our employees with the opportunity to professionally grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $68,000 and $78,000 per year at the commencement of your first year of employment. Compensation decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors which may include, but are not limited to: skill set, years of relevant experience, education, location, and licensure/certifications.
