Summary:
In this role, you will support the Spend Management, Supply Chain Member Networks team in executing projects and advancing client engagement initiatives. You will collaborate with network leaders and cross-functional partners to coordinate activities, track participation, and ensure alignment with defined processes and governance standards. You will contribute to project execution, data management, and operational support that enables member networks to achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:
Support network managers and directors in executing defined projects and assigned tasks.
Communicate project expectations, updates, and potential risks to team members and stakeholders.
Collaborate with project teams to drive participation and engagement.
Maintain awareness of project and portfolio governance standards.
Process invoices and assist with financial reconciliation activities as needed.
Enter and track engagement activities in the CRM database to monitor client participation.
Research and share identified network vacancies with team members.
Prepare surveys and polls; extract and distribute response data in Excel or Word.
Coordinate steering committee calls, webinars, and web conferences; monitor registration and manage logistics.
Support member onboarding, continuing education documentation, community monitoring, and in-person meeting logistics as needed.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree preferred.
2 or more years of relevant experience required.
Experience supporting projects within defined scope and processes.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
Experience working with CRM systems preferred.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate across teams and support client engagement initiatives.
Willingness to travel.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $116,300.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
