Mercedes-Benz of Barrington, a proud member of the Murgado Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced and results-driven New Car Manager to join our growing team. If you have a passion for Mercedes-Benz vehicles, a strong leadership background, and the ability to motivate a sales team, we want to hear from you!
 
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead the Sales Team: Manage and inspire the new car sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
Inventory Management: Oversee and optimize new car inventory, ensuring an excellent selection for customers.
Customer Experience: Deliver a luxury sales experience that exceeds customer expectations, fostering relationships and long-term loyalty.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to maximize performance and profitability.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including finance, service, and marketing, to ensure smooth operations and seamless customer experiences.
Training & Development: Mentor, coach, and train sales team members to excel in their roles and grow within the company.
 
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Proven track record as a New Car Manager or similar role in the automotive industry, Mercedes-Benz experience strongly preferred.
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, inspire, and hold a team accountable to achieve goals.
Customer Focus: Strong understanding of Mercedes-Benz customers with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Passion for Mercedes-Benz Vehicles
