ABOUT PINCH

Pinch is a startup building a premium at-home aesthetics brand. We bring Board-Certified Nurse Practitioners directly to clients — at home, at the office, or wherever works best for them. No rearranging your day for a facial. Just expert care, on your schedule, in a space where you actually feel comfortable.

Pinch is built for ambitious women. Our clients are high-achieving professionals who value their time. Our providers are Board-Certified Nurse Practitioners building their own practices on their own terms. Pinch exists because modern womanhood leaves little room for waiting, and time is the one thing you cannot get back. We take that seriously.

THE ROLE

You launch Pinch into new states. You will travel to new markets before they launch, get to know the communities before we arrive, and build the brand presence that makes a city actually want Pinch.

You own the market launch from the ground up. That means identifying the right connectors, hosting events that people talk about, and driving word-of-mouth that turns a new city into a performing market.

The best candidate for this role is someone who has thrown remarkable events on a limited budget, knows how to walk into a room of strangers and leave with three referrals, and gets genuinely energized by the chaos of building something from scratch in a city where nobody knows your name yet.

Requirements

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Own market launches end-to-end

  • Execute the new market launch playbook. You own bringing new states to life.

Host events that make a splash

  • Conceive and execute launch events that drive awareness and first bookings on limited budgets, in new cities, with minimal lead time
  • Own the full event lifecycle: concept, logistics, execution, and booking conversion follow-up

Build brand presence on the ground

  • Be the face of Pinch in every new market, meeting with local media, communities, professional networks, and anyone who has the trust of our target client

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You bring:

  • Intrinsic motivation. You are motivated by doing excellent work, being a part of a fast-moving start-up, and bringing new ideas to life.
  • You understand the beauty, wellness, and aesthetics space. You follow other brands in the space and have infinite ideas around what makes brands win in this space.
  • You love to build new relationships with brands, communities, and our very own Pinch Providers.
  • 4+ years in events, brand marketing, community building, or a field-based business development role, ideally in wellness, hospitality, or consumer lifestyle
  • A proven track record of producing high-impact events with limited resources
  • The ability to think on your feet, call out what does not make sense, and find creative solutions
  • Strong instincts for brand: you know what feels right for Pinch and what does not, and you are not afraid to push back
  • Comfort with travel and ambiguity; this role will require time on the road, often with short notice
  • Excellent relationship skills: warm, memorable, and relentless about follow-up
  • Ability to travel 2x a month
