Job Description:

Investigates patient records to understand variances and provide a timeline of events. Collects, synthesizes, and shares data trends with the interdisciplinary care team to drive process improvement strategies. Participates in the deployment of acute nursing support strategies. Coordinates the annual review process of policy, SOP, and education documents for nursing to ensure compliance with CMS regulations. Provides clinical support and guidance to nursing staff. Monitors and evaluates nursing practices to ensure adherence to established standards. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor message to individuals and audiences throughout the organization. [Required]

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to reprioritize as necessary. Ability to effectively respond to time sensitive issues and meet deadlines. [Required]

  • Electronic Medical Record Navigation [Required]

  • Microsoft Office and Visio applications [Required]

Education:

  • Associate's of Nursing [Preferred]

  • Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

Work Experience:

  • 1 year of recent bedside experience

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) [Preferred]

  • Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Preferred]

$68,806.40 - $120,723.20
