Office Manager –  Wood Dale, il
Salary: $50,000–$52,500 per year

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Manager to support daily office operations and provide administrative and accounting assistance. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, proficient in Microsoft Office, and has a solid understanding of basic accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks

  • Assist with basic accounting functions such as invoicing, expense tracking, and data entry

  • Maintain organized records, files, and documentation

  • Support scheduling, correspondence, and internal communications

  • Work closely with leadership and team members to keep operations running smoothly

  • Handle general office coordination and vendor communication

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (AP/AR, bookkeeping fundamentals)

  • Fluent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook; Teams a plus)

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Prior office administration or accounting support experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $50,000–$52,500 annually

  • Full-time position, Monday–Friday
