Our Large Auto Dealership is looking for an entry level, Office Assistant to join our team! Ideal candidates will have superior customer service skills, excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Administrative support
- Data Entry
- Handle accounts receivable/ payable
- General office work such as using scanners and photocopiers
- Coordinate with sales and service departments to ensure complete and accurate records
- Any other tasks deemed necessary
Qualifications
- Intermediate level of Microsoft applications, including excel
- Data entry
- Basic accounting knowledge and experience
- Dealership experience is a must, minimum of 2 years
