Requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, typing, and office equipment skills, along with two years of administrative support experience.
Pay rate of $30+/hour.

We are currently seeking a full-time Office Coordinator to join our team at Hill Correctional Center located in Galesburg, Illinois.
The Office Coordinator, under the direct supervision of Site Manager, assists in the day-to-day administration of the medical unit through compiling, drafting, preparing, researching, organizing, tracking and monitoring of goals and operations of the health care unit. Supervises clerical staff; provides general secretarial and receptionist services as assigned.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associate or Bachelor degree preferred
- Two years of administrative support experience
- Proficient in the use of office equipment
- Prior management and/or corrections experience preferred
- Must be organized, detail oriented and possess effective communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Advanced typing skill

Available Shift: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
