Job Description

We are seeking a full-time hourly Office Coordinator to join our team. This person will provide support for our Chicago office location and is a key player in the day-to-day operations of Circle Logistics. The ideal candidate takes complete ownership of creating a work environment that makes our staff excited to come to the office. This is a great opportunity to take on a role where no day is the same, at a fast-growing company.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations for our Chicago office location

  • Provide administrative support to our management team (travel booking, expense reporting)

  • Coordinate with vendors and property management for facility repairs, upgrades, and building maintenance

  • Maintain inventory of kitchen and office supplies and order new supplies as needed

  • Clean, organize, and maintain a productive and beautiful work environment in our physical office space

  • Supervise the front office reception area (mail, packages, visitor logs)

  • Assemble office furniture as needed

  • Maintain inventory of kitchen and office supplies and order new supplies as needed

  • Oversee conference room readiness for scheduled meetings and/or catering, including seating and room setup

  • Assist with office events planning and execution

  • Ensure storage rooms are organized, labeled, and clean

  • Assist with planning and executing office moves as needed

  • Provide potential support for recruitment initiatives

Qualifications

What You'll Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Reliable transportation

  • 100% in-office, no remote possibility

  • Ability to lift an object of 50 lbs

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills          

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite required

  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

  • Professional communication style

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a multitude of tasks
