Office Manager/Receptionist Position:

The Office Manager/Receptionist serves two primary roles: 1) assisting in the day to day office management duties and 2) act as the initial point of contact for general incoming calls, emails, and office victors. This position requires candidate to be onsite 5 days per week, 9am-5pm. The position requires exceptional customer service and organizational skills. Specific responsibilities include:

Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming homeowner calls, emails, and online submissions.
  • Interacting with internal/external clients
  • Welcome staff, vendors and clients and maintain inviting environment
  • Processing Manager requests/supporting team members.
  • Processing standard form requests (auto-debit, owner info…)
  • Other duties as assigned.

Office Manager Responsibilities:

  • Sorting Daily Mail
  • Maintaining adequate office supplies inventory and Ordering Office Supplies
  • Opening and closing office daily (9am-5pm)
  • Planning company events
  • Assist the Vice President of Operations with internal operations matters

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate tremendous customer service and organizational skills, with a meaningful interest in the management of real estate assets. This position requires candidate to be onsite 5 days per week, 9am-5pm.

Job Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Organizational and writing skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Experience with Condominium Associations is preferred, not required
  • 1+ years customer service required.
  • Able to handle multiple priorities and prioritize effectively.
  • Flexible and skilled at working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled at functioning independently and as a member of a cross-functional team
