Office Operations Specialist
We are looking for an Office Operations Specialist to support the Administrative Operations team at Sprout with vendor management, the introduction of new team members to Sprout and overall facilities support. Our busy, client-focused office needs a reliable, well-organized individual to handle day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management.
We’re looking for an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats and is able to step into any situation with a solutions-oriented perspective. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated professional who is excited to be behind the scenes in making Sprout one of the best places to work!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage and scale our vendor relationships, which include our free lunch program, unlimited snack and beverage options, office supplies, and office maintenance
- Manage operations components of onboarding and offboarding employees
- Manage the requests of individual employees (everything from business cards to gifts for clients)
- Support the Administrative Operations team with facilities maintenance and improvement
- Support the Administrative Operations team with various event needs (internal and external)
- Assist with project-specific requests on an as-needed basis
- Be first-in-line to support with Receptionist responsibilities
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 - 2 years experience in an Operations-related role
- Professional attitude
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- Background in vendor management preferred
- Experience as a Receptionist/front of Office role preferred
- Past experience managing events preferred
