As a Vice President in Operations and Automation supporting the Talent Partnerships and Culture and Sports and Entertainment organizations, you lead a portfolio of programs that modernize how partnership and talent engagements are executed and governed. You deliver workflow automation and artificial intelligence-enabled process enhancements across intake, contracting and approvals, vendor onboarding, invoicing, and reporting. You establish reusable operating foundations—including playbooks, governance, and operating rhythms—to drive consistent execution, strong controls, and measurable outcomes across both organizations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end programs that strengthen execution of external partnerships and talent engagements.
  • Deliver workflow automation and AI-enabled improvements across intake, contracting/approvals, onboarding, invoicing, reporting, and tracking.
  • Build scalable data capture and tracking for sponsorships and partnerships across sports, entertainment, and culture.
  • Standardize playbooks, templates, operating rhythms, and governance forums for consistent execution across both organizations.
  • Partner with business and functional stakeholders to map processes, clarify decision rights, and improve execution quality.
  • Define scope, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics; deliver executive-ready status, risk, and issue reporting.
  • Drive cross-functional decision-making, manage trade-offs, and remove blockers to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Align documentation, reporting standards, and control practices to establish cohesive ways of working across both organizations.
  • Partner with Legal, Risk, Controls, and Compliance to maintain an effective control environment and ensure audit/exam readiness.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency while preserving governance and control standards.
  • Lead change management through communications, training, and adoption measurement for new tools and processes.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 8+ years of program or project management leadership experience in large, matrixed organizations.
  • 5+ years of experience delivering cross-functional initiatives with technology and data components, including automation or workflow tooling.
  •  Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into clear scope, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes.
  •  Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions across partner organizations.
  •  Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level status reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize effectively, and deliver in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong risk, controls, and governance mindset with experience partnering with Legal, Compliance, Controls, or Risk teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience with intake platforms, workflow tools, or customer relationship management systems used for partnership or sponsorship tracking.
  •  Familiarity with artificial intelligence delivery concepts, including data quality, human-in-the-loop operations, and model risk considerations.
  • Experience supporting brand partnerships, marketing, talent management, sports, entertainment, or adjacent sponsorship organizations.
  • Demonstrated change management experience driving sustained adoption of new processes or tools.
  • Experience designing end-to-end process reviews and implementing durable operating improvements.
