What We Need:
Reporting directly to the Director, Operations Training, the Operations Learning Specialist role is essential in delivering learning programs that enable learners to provide E.P.I.C. experiences to patients, prescribers, and partners. The Operations Learning Specialist will become an expert in Synapse Health processes and systems in order to provide effective coaching and training. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, classroom delivery, evaluation of learner performance, coaching, and supporting content development and maintenance.
What You Will Do:
- Deliver training, including role-specific, soft skills, just-in-time, on-the-job, and advanced skills training.
- Develop Synapse Health expertise through training attendance, job shadowing and on-the-job experience.
- Conduct in-person and virtual classroom training for employees and leaders.
- Ensure a positive learner experience by delivering in an engaging manner, communicating effectively, and managing the classroom.
- Evaluate and grade assignments and tests, score learner simulations, monitor learner engagement and attendance, and prepare comprehensive reporting.
- Coach learners and provide individualized, targeted feedback to enhance performance.
- Manage classroom logistics, including sending invitations, scheduling presenters, tracking attendance and sending follow-up surveys.
- Update content and develop training support materials under the direction of Learning Partners.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Have:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Communication, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
- 3+ years in training within the healthcare industry; experience in DME is preferred but not required.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Demonstrated expertise in coaching participants and classroom management.
- Proficiency in delivering virtual training.
- Strong ability to manage multiple training programs with a high level of detail and follow-through.
