We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Oversee the planning, direction, and coordination of operations to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.

2. Analyze operations data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

3. Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, HR, and IT.

4. Communicate with external partners, including vendors, suppliers, and customers.

5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and operations best practices.

6. Manage and optimize operational budgets, forecasts, and metrics.

7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

 

Requirements:

 

1. Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS) preferred.

3. Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management.

4. Professional certifications, such as Six Sigma or APICS.

5. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

7. Proficiency in operations management software, such as ERP or CRM systems.

 

Nice to Have:

 

1. Experience with operations data analytics and visualization tools.

2. Knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as OSHA or environmental regulations.

3. Familiarity with lean operations principles and practices.
