Activation Support Specialist

Shiftgig, one of Chicago’s hottest and fastest growing technology companies and we're actively seeking an Activation Support Specialist to support our incredible growth and expansion in the Experiential and Event Marketing vertical.  The Activation Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction by successfully managing and executing their events. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with staffing, be a strategic thinker and be able to thrive in a fluid environment.  This role is on a Thursday - Monday schedule and we are looking to make a hire approximately in mid-July.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and match Specialists to opportunities that fit their skills and the client’s specifications

• Utilize technology platforms to fill client orders in an effective manner

• Develop strong relationships with both Clients and Specialists

• Communicate with Specialists and Event Managers to ensure roster attendance and successful completion of weekend events

• Field issue and complaint calls, and provide quick resolution

• Create and execute local recruitment plans and other projects as needed

• Maintain effective internal relationships with our Account Management and Customer Success Managers
