Associate Client Manager - Consumer Intelligence: Retail Panel Insights at NielsenIQ
Deliver cutting edge consumer insights with a high-performing team for one of Nielsen’s top retail clients. Explore new and existing consumer data sets to quantitatively answer client business questions. Work across teams to increase understanding of consumer insights and data sets. Engage directly with the client to uncover strategic needs and present actionable insights.
Deliver issue-based consumer insights focusing on action-oriented outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Engage in client-facing discussions as a consumer expert on Nielsen panel data
Creatively address client business issues by integrating data sources and identifying new ways to use existing data sets.
Work across on-and offshore teams to allocate right work to right place
Collaborate across Nielsen retail teams to share out best practices and carry over thought leadership.
Understand the differences between various panel sources and how to integrate to address client business issues.
A little About You
You are a proactive, creative, analytical thinker who enjoys digging into data to understand consumer behavior. You have experience with client engagement and are comfortable presenting findings to an audience. You are looking to further your knowledge of consumer insights exploring existing and new consumer panel data sets. You enjoy a challenge where business issues are cutting-edge and work well in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
2+ Years experience
Exposure to consumer data
Analytic curiosity and capability
Experience working with Nielsen or competitive data and tools preferred
