Department OverviewThe Worldwide Sales Operations organization leads the strategy, development, and delivery of sales tools & processes that enable an efficient, effective selling organization. This group is responsible for every day sales tools our sellers, customers and partners use to drive Sales Growth, including: CRM solutions (Salesforce.com) and Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ). It is our mission to help deliver the best set of tools, data & processes that will enable our Worldwide Sales organization to drive continuous sales growth.
Job Description
The Business Operations Consultant - Software Product Orderability (Oracle CPQ) will be responsible but not limited to the following:
Create, Manage, Maintain Product Visualization in Slides for new & existing product offerings
Collaboration with offer owners on new & existing product offerings
Participate in weekly calls to discuss edits, enhancements, gaps, production items, and new requirements in regards to offers
Serve as liaison between cross functional teams such as Product Owners, IT, Product Orderability, Presales Engineering, and more
Conduct demo to Product teams & Sales on changes in Oracle CPQ tied to Software migrations for current & existing offers
Own APC updates, reassignments, and creation
Update list of APCs loaded into Tableau for Finance reporting
Escalation point for production CPQ issues
Create new Oracle CPQ Parametric Data requests for opening up attributes to flow from CPQ to Greenfield with Parametric Data
Create dropship part numbers in Greenfield EBS and update as needed
Test and ensure new product offers are compatible with business and sales requirements
Specific Knowledge & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree is preferred
3+ years experience in one of the following: Business Operations, Product Planning, Project Management, IT or Sales
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills with ability to work under short deadlines
Ability to operate with limited direction in a fast-paced project driven environment
Effective with communication and presentation of strategy
Self-starter, ability to be productive in an ever-changing global environment
Possess critical thinking and investigation skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Proven ability to multitask
Preferred experience with Software Product Orderability
Experience with Salesforce.com, Configure-Price-Quote, and Greenfield tools is a plus
Project Management experience is a plus
Basic Requirements
3+ years experience in one of the following: Business Operations, Product Planning, Project Management, IT or Sales
