Business Operations Senior Consultant
The Business Operations Senior Consultant (Business Operations Senior Analyst will be the internal title) drives internal projects and strategic initiatives that create value across the organization. This role is involved in multiple projects at once with a focus on increasing effectiveness and efficiency, improving colleague experience, and supporting organizational growth, utilization, and client satisfaction goals. The person in this role is expected to perform duties with a high degree of accountability, initiative, and judgment, partnering effectively across the organization through excellent communication and reporting efforts.

Responsibilities
- Collaborates with operations team members and internal stakeholders (including the executive leadership team) to initiate, plan, govern, schedule, execute, and report on all activities for cross-functional projects.
- Collaborates with Origami Risk's executive leadership team to understand, capture, and communicate the vision and cost for strategic initiatives as well as objectives and key results.
- Creates an effective project plan and governance structure to achieve desired project outcomes.
- Garners stakeholder buy-in by capturing and communicating the case for change and project approach.
- Communicates the plan to all stakeholders and regularly communicates on project decisions and milestones.
- Tracks the day-to-day progress of project activity.
- Schedules and facilitates meetings to drive progress.
- Holds stakeholders accountable for their action items.
- Tracks, manages, and resolves issues.
- Implements and manages project changes and interventions to achieve deliverables and objectives, on time and on budget.
- Applies Origami's best practices to all projects in change management, company-wide communication, and tooling and lessons-learned from prior projects.
- Measures the results of projects and initiatives to evaluate the effectiveness of the programs and understand the impact on the business.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of technical project management experience in an up-to-date technology environment.
- Exposure to both classic and agile project management experience, and the ability to flexibly leverage the two disciplines as appropriate.
- Experience working with C-level on projects.
- Experience with managing non-technology projects or projects tied to strategic corporate initiatives.
