We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer to oversee the day to day operations of the business and guide the organization through scalability. You will be a key member of the senior management team, reporting to the CEO. You will maintain control of diverse business operations, so we expect you to be an experienced and efficient leader. We are looking for a leader with excellent people skills, business acumen, and exemplary work ethic. 

Key Accountabilities

• Provide organizational leadership as part of the Senior Management Team and operational vision to project44 in consideration to organizational strategy & growing business needs
• Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures that promote collaboration and a positive culture and vision for the organization
• Provide strategic input to evaluate potential alliances, acquisitions and mergers, and new lines of service
• Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
• Support all activities surrounding Board of Directors and Investor strategy
• Lead the charge on investments, acquisitions, and corporate alliances
• Work alongside talent team to establish best practices and policies that promote company culture and vision
• Coordinate contract execution including negotiations and renewals
• Ensure organizational compliance by maintaining relationships with legal vendors
• Oversee daily operations of the company, including, but not limited to: finance, accounting, human resources, facilities, and internal project management

Requirements & Preferred Skills

• Must be able to travel up to 25%, sometimes on short notice
• MBA, preferred
• Finance, accounting or business undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in c-level position scaling high-growth SaaS organization
• Experience leading teams with at least 8 direct reports
• Strong understanding of human resources, recruiting, finance, and accounting, preferred
• Experience with logistics, preferred
• Ability to be strategic and roll up your sleeves to accomplish what needs to be done
• Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends, as necessary
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
