  • Responsibilities

    • Report directly to and serve as strategic partner to the Chief Executive Officer.
    • Significant partnership with the VP of Finance is required.
    • Ensure CEO is fully briefed and prepared for all day-to-day professional interactions and activities, including internal and external meetings as well presentations and executive briefings.
    • Plan, execute, and lead projects for key strategic initiatives, as assigned.
    • Serve as a partner to senior management and use sound judgement to give advice and foster a positive team environment.
    • Use an understanding of business concepts in conjunction with data analysis to identify opportunities for operational improvement and growth.

    Qualifications

        Minimum Qualifications

    • Education Level:
      • MBA degree from top program preferred
      • Undergraduate degree (Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, preferred)
    • 5+ years of experience in a business or leadership role
    • Management Consulting or Investment Banking / Private Equity / VC / Start-Up experience preferred
    • Expert level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
    • Professional, relevant examples of solving tough business issues
    • Demonstrated experience managing projects, as well as, individuals and/or a small team
