Client Services Optimization Coordinator at Echo Global Logistics
As part of the Managed Transportation Department, the CSO Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Managed Transportation Department.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and Centralize Documentation
- Contracts and addendums information
- Client contact information
- Maintain BD Referral List
- Ops Handbook library content
- Update Industry and PPI Slides
- Responsible for Department Organization
- Maintain accurate and current seating chart
- Coordinate monitor, computer, equipment upgrades
- Facilitate hotel desk space for off-site managers
- Maintain AM, OM and AE email distribution lists
- Create new accounts within Salesforce
- Tracking and collection of review calibrations
- Department meeting preparation and facilitation
- Partner with Analytics Manager on Monthly & Quarterly reports
- Support the compilation of department Allocations
- Compile Weekly Account Updates
- Build Rebate Loads
- Partner with CSO Facilitator on resource content development
- Instill a culture of Operations Excellence
- Support department initiatives
- Champion process standardization and quality maintenance
Qualifications:
- Displays an expertise in Operations’ core functions
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
- Ability to create detailed and concise content, reporting, presentations, etc.
- Dependable and accountable
- Exudes a positive attitude and supports and personifies department standards and initiatives
- Flexible to evolve as department and company initiatives change
Experience level:
- 0-3 years
