Hi, welcome to PerkSpot. We’re looking for an ambitious and goal-oriented Client Success Coordinator to join our team! If you’re looking to start your career in a growing, fast-paced start-up while supporting individuals working at some of the largest employers and companies in America, then this is the role for you.
The Client Success team does some of the most important work here at PerkSpot. This includes supporting account retention efforts, evaluating client satisfaction, and brainstorming ways to make partnerships work for all parties involved: our clients, their employees, and PerkSpot. Our ideal candidate is someone eager to learn, work hard, and make a positive impact on the people around them.

Meet the Client Success Team
The Client Success team is responsible for managing the day-to-day and long-term strategy of client relationships here at PerkSpot. They strive to keep PerkSpot’s active and prospective partnerships positive and mutually beneficial. As an entry-level, part-time member of this team, you will assist team members as they build and maintain their client relationships. This is the perfect role for someone looking for a future in customer service and client management!
Life as a Client Success Coordinator:
- Processing and maintaining exclusive merchant offers for our various partnerships
- Becoming well-versed in each client’s specific industry and developing unique offers that tailor to their needs
- Facilitating client requests for standardized promotional and marketing collateral
- Strategizing ways to increase user engagement and expand client commitments
- Helping the team with things like scheduling, promotional requests, and other administrative tasks
- Assisting with onboarding new clients as team members dictate
- Supporting with overflow needs as assigned by team leads
What we’re looking for:
- A helpful, eager-to-learn attitude - previous experience in client management or customer service is a plus!
- Desire to grow a career in client management, account management, or client service
- Knowledge in Salesforce, MS Excel, or any other tech software a plus
- Excellent communication skills and a helpful attitude
- Highly organized and proactive work ethic; proven multitasking skills
- Proven desire to learn and grow within PerkSpot - this is a part-time role with the potential to grow into a full-time role!
- Ability to collaborate effectively and work well within a team
- Desire to thrive within a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
- Proven understanding of PerkSpot’s values as a whole and a willingness to work hard to achieve overall company goals
Your First Few Months
From the first day, you’ll work to learn the ins and outs of PerkSpot and how the things we do benefit our partners. You will then collaborate closely with the entire team to become proficient in the programs we use - Salesforce, Microsoft, Salesloft, SailThru, etc. - including proprietary systems! As you learn more about what we do, you’ll also become well-versed in the art of client management and success, while strategizing ways to make sure they are getting the most out of their partnership with us. Ideally, we would love to bring you onto the Client Success team full-time, to make a lasting impression on the platform’s success for years to come!
