 Role Description:

As a Client Support Specialist, you are responsible for providing first-touch support to customers via phone and email, creating and maintaining product support resources for our clients and acting as the internal “end user champion.”

We're looking for a highly organized go-getter and problem-solver who wants to delight our customers by delivering accurate and quick assistance while maintaining BenchPrep’s professional client service experience. This candidate should be excited to play a pivotal role in supporting and maintaining the day-to-day operations of our diverse client base.

Responsibilities:

  • Field support calls and emails from clients and some end-users about platform issues or functionality questions

  • Create & maintain support resources for clients

  • Train clients on our software's functionality

  • Proactively look for ways to improve our product and internal processes in an effort to increase usability and efficiency

  • Work closely with the product team to test new feature releases and ensure product quality

  • Work closely with the Client Solutions Manager to ensure overall client and product success

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 0-2 years experience in a role that put you in direct contact with customers or clients

An ideal candidate will posses the following qualities:

  • Must be a self-starter, self-learner, and have resourcefulness

  • Should feel brave leaping into the unknown and always be able to ask why

  • Be comfortable with consistent change - agility is key!

  • Be a great writer with a keen eye for the nuances of the English language

  • Love and understanding of technology, whether it be hardware, software, or other emerging technologies.

  • Possess infinite patience and a desire to turn angry customers into happy ones
