Service Advocate: RXBAR has been growing at a rapid pace. Service is the foundation of our business and as we have grown, we strive to have personal and unique interactions with every customer and maintain best in class service. We are looking for a Service Advocate who is able to display empathy, provide excellent experiences for our customers, represent our brand and answer inquiries in a timely manner.

General Function + Job Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management

  • Develop and nurture relationship with customers to build brand advocacy
  • Delight customers with bespoke customer engagement programs
  • Listen to consumer feedback and escalate critical insights to Manager
  • Pay attention to consumer reactions to key messaging and inform team of key findings
  • Pack and ship samples to prospective consumers who show interest in our products and include handwritten personal notes

Customer Service

  • Ensure all inbound and outbound customer needs are met beyond their satisfaction
  • Process direct to customer orders and provide website assistance to e-commerce customers.
  • Provide order statuses and work to resolve shipping issues
  • Be a product expert, work to empathize with our customers, answer their questions and most importantly be an advocate for their needs

 Systems and Solution Management

  • Manage new channels of communication to improve accessibility and overall customer experience (i.e. Live Chat and Text Services)
  • Maintain detailed records of consumer contacts
  • Proactively notify team of issues and trends
  • Collaborate with the Service, Sales, Supply Chain and Marketing teams to improve overall customer experience

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude, a thirst for knowledge, and an excitement for growing our business
  • Empathetic and respectful to others’ needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Service experience preferred
  • Adaptable, able to work at a fast pace, effectively manage workload to meet deadlines, while ensuring a high standard of quality
  • Creative problem-solving abilities
  • Desire for collaboration in a team environment with a healthy competitive spirit
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • Strong ability to inspire and motivate self and others
  • Passionate about a healthy lifestyle
  • Conversational French a plus
