The Operations Associate position at Machinio.com is critical to the growth of the company and to the revolution we are leading in the machinery industry. The individual in this role will assist the Operations team with daily tasks and help improve processes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to clients via e-mail and phone:

  • Answer inbound calls.

  • Handle e-mail communication and manage multiple inboxes.  

• Assist the OPS team with daily internal tasks.

• Collaborate with multiple teams to improve processes.
